UX Content Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver messaging strategy for status, error, and supplies across HP print products and touchpoints
• Author clear, concise, and user-friendly messages for control panels, apps, and web portals
• Own and manage specifications to ensure documentation is clear, usable, and scalable for cross-team adoption
• Follow established publishing cadences and maintain version accuracy across documentation
• Coordinate with Legal and Data Privacy stakeholders to ensure compliance standards are met
• Partner with firmware engineers, UX designers, and product managers to gather requirements and validate accuracy

Requirements

• Basic project management skills to coordinate development and communicate status
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet program schedules
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Office productivity software, specifically Excel
• Availability for evening or early morning calls to collaborate across multiple time zones

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in UX writing, content design, or instructional design
• Experience with hardware-software integrated products (e.g., IoT, printers)
• Familiarity with design software such as Figma and Miro
• Ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly messaging
• Knowledge of documentation systems and how content decisions affect translation workflows
