UX and Web Design Associate

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and implement user-friendly web and digital products
• Conduct user research, create wireframes, develop prototypes, and perform usability testing
• Develop visual language including icons, illustrations, and photo treatments
• Ensure digital interfaces meet WCAG accessibility standards
• Manage core web properties including maintenance, content updates, and performance optimization
• Configure and troubleshoot Zoom settings for virtual institutes and webinars
• Collaborate with developers, sales, and marketing teams to implement new features
• Manage web hosting, DNS settings, and domain registration

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or Computer Science
• 1-3 years of professional experience in building interactive prototypes and mockups
• Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Strong understanding of responsive design and WCAG accessibility standards
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
• Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce) and productivity suites (Microsoft Office, G-Suite)
• Ability to work onsite for regular face-to-face meetings and collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with JavaScript and React
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Experience designing for enterprise platforms or technical domains
• Experience working with remote teams
