UWB Product Marketing Director

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global product marketing strategy for NXP's UWB solutions, including market segmentation and go-to-market planning
• Lead the development of compelling product messaging and positioning for mobile, automotive, industrial, and IoT segments
• Collaborate with product management, R&D, and sales to identify market opportunities and influence future product roadmaps
• Develop and manage global product launch plans for new UWB products and solutions
• Create high-impact marketing collateral, including white papers, application notes, and sales training materials
• Represent NXP at industry events and conferences to evangelize the UWB vision
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes to optimize marketing strategies
• Mentor and potentially manage a team of product marketing professionals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related technical field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in semiconductor product marketing or business development
• Demonstrable expertise in Ultra-Wideband (UWB) technology and its market dynamics
• Proven track record of successfully launching and growing semiconductor product lines globally
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to translate technical features into customer benefits
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English; proficiency in French or other European languages is a plus
• Ability to travel internationally as required
