UV Grand Format Printer Operator

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate large-format and grand-format UV, latex, and aqueous printing equipment
• Operate EFI VUTEk 3200 Pro, roll-to-roll systems, Fuji/Arizona flatbeds, and HP Latex printers
• Operate and support digital cutting, routing, and finishing equipment
• Read and interpret work orders and job tickets for accurate production execution
• Adjust press settings and files to optimize color accuracy, registration, and production speed
• Diagnose and resolve equipment alerts, errors, and production issues in real time
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic repairs on print equipment
• Pull and stage materials for production based on job specifications
• Track and document inventory usage and movement of finished materials
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment

Requirements

• Proven experience operating EFI VUTEk 3200 Pro or similar grand-format UV printing systems
• Experience with roll-to-roll UV printers, flatbed printers, and digital finishing equipment
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality, color-accurate output
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on production equipment
• Strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a production team

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of prepress or design workflows
