About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential customers to generate new business
- Present and demonstrate UV products and solutions to clients
- Conduct needs assessments to recommend appropriate solutions
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales deals
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare accurate sales proposals, quotations, and documentation
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and pipeline progress in CRM
- Collaborate with internal product specialists and technical support teams
Requirements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
