Utilization Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate business-level investments for waste recycling, energy recovery, and disposal projects.
• Evaluate technological solutions and qualify professional business partner inquiries.
• Map market trends, innovative technologies, and new development opportunities.
• Participate in CES investment planning and manage project requirements.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with organizations within the MOL Group and external partners.
• Lead and manage 4 direct reports and coordinate the professional work of approximately 50 colleagues across multiple organizational units.
• Optimize performance evaluation and resource management according to established systems.

Requirements

• Higher education degree in engineering, technical management, or economics.
• 3–5 years of relevant leadership, investment, and development experience.
• Proven experience leading diverse and highly skilled teams.
• Proficiency in Hungarian and English (both written and verbal).
• Strong technical skills in MS Office, Microsoft Project, and SAP.
• Category B driver's license.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
