Utility Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Patrol properties, parking garages, Class A buildings, and outdoor sites by foot and vehicle
• Acknowledge and greet residents and guests with courtesy and urgency
• Produce high-quality, clear, and timely documentation of incidents and events
• Monitor access control, CCTV camera systems, announce visitors, and distribute packages
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and property standards

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong customer service skills
• Previous supervisory or lead officer experience
• Familiarity with report writing and basic computer systems (incident reporting, access control, CCTV)
• Valid GA Driver's License and clean driving record
• Ability to obtain CPR/AED, Workplace Violence, and Active Shooter certifications within 10 days of hire
• Ability to pass background, fingerprint, and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supervising multi-building or campus-style properties
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification
• Military or law enforcement background
