Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day operational activities including loadout, physical labor, housekeeping, and sample retrieval
• Maintain, monitor, and adjust production equipment to ensure safe and quality product output
• Utilize computer systems to record data regarding safety, sanitation, maintenance, and processing
• Operate equipment associated with bulk material loadout and unloading, such as forklifts, skid steers, pumps, and conveyors
• Work in a fast-paced environment performing weighing, bagging, packing, labeling, and sanitizing tasks
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding equipment operation, safety concerns, and maintenance issues
• Adhere to all safety, environmental compliance, and food quality standards to maintain a zero-injury culture

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)
• Physical ability to lift up to 55 lbs occasionally and move about a work site by ascending/descending stairs, bending, and kneeling
• Ability to work a 2-2-3 rotation (alternating 12-hour day and night shifts) including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in production or a similar industrial/military environment
