Responsibilities

• Perform various processes in a fast-paced environment including product handling, equipment cleaning, barge movement, and rail operations
• Assist with routine preventive maintenance on department equipment and report needs for major repairs
• Maintain, monitor, and adjust equipment to ensure proper operation
• Operate various machinery and tools such as forklifts, skid steers, pumps, conveyors, and pressure washers
• Adhere to all safety, environmental compliance, and food quality standards to maintain a zero-injury culture
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding equipment operation, safety concerns, and product quality

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds occasionally and 40 pounds frequently
• Ability to work in non-air-conditioned environments with exposure to dust, odors, and varying temperatures
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk up to two miles during a workday
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Experience in a military environment
