Utilities Project Director

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-departmental teams in the planning, design, construction, and commissioning of infrastructure for the Entertainment Resort Complex (ERC).
• Manage enabling works including mass grading, water management, utility supplies, and central energy plants.
• Coordinate with UK utility statutory undertakers to align works with project schedules and budgets.
• Oversee project budgeting, scheduling, and financial planning to ensure delivery within targeted objectives.
• Direct stakeholder engagement across various departments including Finance, Operations, Procurement, and Legal.
• Implement efficient document control and manage field operations to minimize change orders and contract disputes.
• Provide leadership and professional development guidance to direct reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in construction project management, specifically within infrastructure or commercial facilities.
• Extensive experience in the design and construction phases of infrastructure projects.
• Direct experience working with utility statutory undertakers in the UK.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Power BI, and Teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex project finances, including budgets, cash flow, and change orders.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating between multiple stakeholders, vendors, and contractors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience with Bluebeam or equivalent PDF software.
• SIA licensing and/or relevant executive security certifications.
