Utilities Maintenance Responsible

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain site facilities, buildings, and equipment to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing.
• Ensure 100% compliance with local legal regulations, Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
• Develop and implement a strategic Facilities roadmap and annual operating plan.
• Lead the Building Maintenance and Facilities maintenance programs, including repairs and overall operations.
• Provide leadership and coaching to the Facilities team using IL6S (Integrated Lean 6 Sigma) methodologies.
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to achieve zero breakdowns.
• Manage spare parts, lubrication, and equipment calibration.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to meet Safety, Quality, Cost, and Sustainability goals.

Requirements

• Engineering degree.
• Strong operational and manufacturing leadership experience within the CPG industry.
• Proven expertise in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), 5S, LEAN, and 6 Sigma tools and concepts.
• Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance, manufacturing equipment, and progressive maintenance (PM).
• Proficiency with the SAP PM module.
• Solid project management skills and financial/business acumen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability in analytics, problem-solving, and team building.
