About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle support tickets in the Jira queue, including access requests, manual provisioning, and complex troubleshooting.
  • Act as a primary resource for IAM issue resolution across platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, and Google Workspace.
  • Lead and deliver regional to global projects, including process improvements and automation of manual access steps.
  • Maintain and update internal documentation, wikis, and runbooks to ensure accuracy for the technical team.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve technical problems and participate in incident response.
  • Mentor and train other technicians to support team growth and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in IT support, identity and access management (IAM), or a related technical role.
  • Comprehensive understanding of IAM concepts, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and least-privilege principles.
  • Proficiency with IAM tools such as SailPoint (Identity Security Cloud) and Okta.
  • Experience with Google Workspace administration and tooling.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve non-routine, complex technical issues independently.
  • Experience using ticketing systems like Jira Service Management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with diverse global audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with automation tooling such as Workato or scripting for provisioning workflows.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian administration (Jira, Confluence).
  • Understanding of ITIL fundamentals.
  • Relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation, Okta Certified Professional, or SailPoint Identity Security.
  • Exposure to access governance, compliance, or audit processes.
