About the role
Responsibilities
- Examine tickets and direct guests in a friendly and engaging manner
- Greet arriving guests and answer questions regarding showtimes, events, or parking
- Assist patrons with disabilities or accommodation requests in finding appropriate seating
- Lead and direct guests to various venue areas including bars, washrooms, and merchandise stations
- Monitor assigned areas and guest conduct to ensure safety and high service standards
- Follow all emergency procedures and venue evacuation protocols
- Communicate important guest information to internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Strong work ethic and a high sense of responsibility
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality environment is considered an asset
