Usher

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and scan tickets in a professional manner
• Direct or escort guests to their seats and answer questions regarding events
• Check seating areas for trash, spills, or broken seats
• Keep portals and aisleways clear of debris and obstructions
• Inform guests about restrooms, refreshment stands, and exits
• Enforce arena rules, no smoking policies, and event guidelines
• Monitor guest activity to ensure safety and follow emergency protocols

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 6 months of customer service or usher experience
• Bilingual or multi-lingual skills
