About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist patrons as they enter the building and guide guests to their seats
- Perform ticket scanning and manage event setup and breakdown
- Sell merchandise during performances
- Assist managers with crowd control for VIP events and Meet & Greets
- Support the house manager in guiding patrons calmly and orderly during emergency situations
- Assist with the main setup for each performance, which may involve lifting up to 25lbs
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends, with occasional morning shifts
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, can-do attitude and a team-player mindset
