About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet guests, scan tickets upon entry, and assist patrons with locating their seats.
- Verify ticket authenticity and examine passes for various seat levels.
- Resolve guest complaints or problems with tact and diplomacy.
- Maintain venue safety, cleanliness, and presentation throughout the event.
- Provide assistance to guests with special needs, including seating accommodations.
- Support venue sustainability efforts by participating in recycling and waste sorting programs.
- Assist with venue closing procedures, such as collecting recyclables and storing event equipment.
- Guide guests to exits and provide instructions in the event of an emergency.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in a guest service role preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to walk and climb stairs constantly.
- Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs.+ occasionally.
- Acute sense of judgment and ability to handle guest interactions professionally.
