User Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead software training and demonstrate tradecraft guidance to action officers and specialists
• Provide direct user support to intelligence operations personnel
• Collaborate with IC users, team members, and leadership to deliver solutions to internal and external clients
• Document requirements and create comprehensive training materials
• Collect and analyze metrics to identify opportunities for increasing software adoption
• Apply outcome-based solutions to support intelligence collection and analysis

Requirements

• Active and maintained Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance
• Ability to obtain and maintain a CI/FS/FSP polygraph
• Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years of experience as an OSINT Analyst or in a related role
• Practical and operational intelligence experience, including collection and analysis
• Strong understanding of the TCPED process

Preferred Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph
• 8+ years of experience as an OSINT Analyst
• Experience in technical training, data visualization, or Intelligence Community (IC) engagement support
