About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to users regarding incidents and requests
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment
  • Manage IT asset inventory
  • Coordinate hardware maintenance with external providers
  • Execute inventory movements and control
  • Ensure the availability of technological services

Requirements

  • Degree in Systems Engineering or related field
  • Intermediate English (B2)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support (TIC’s)
  • Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Linux, and macOS
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and pivot tables
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and VPN configuration
  • Ability to create and manage virtual machines
  • Configuration of Cisco routers and switches
  • PC and laptop maintenance skills
  • Structured cabling knowledge
  • Experience using CRM (SAP, NetSuite, or similar)

Preferred Qualifications

  • ITIL Certification
  • CCNA Certification (Switching, Routing & Wireless)
