About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to users regarding incidents and requests
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment
- Manage IT asset inventory
- Coordinate hardware maintenance with external providers
- Execute inventory movements and control
- Ensure the availability of technological services
Requirements
- Degree in Systems Engineering or related field
- Intermediate English (B2)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support (TIC’s)
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Linux, and macOS
- Experience with Microsoft Office and pivot tables
- Knowledge of Active Directory and VPN configuration
- Ability to create and manage virtual machines
- Configuration of Cisco routers and switches
- PC and laptop maintenance skills
- Structured cabling knowledge
- Experience using CRM (SAP, NetSuite, or similar)
Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL Certification
- CCNA Certification (Switching, Routing & Wireless)
