User Researcher (UX/UR)

Responsibilities

• Participate in selecting appropriate research methodologies
• Support field data collection preparation, including drafting interview guides and questionnaires
• Collect needs and expectations from patients, customers, and employees through interviews and note-taking
• Facilitate workshops to engage and align stakeholders
• Model observed interactions using journey maps and process mapping
• Create user concept and journey models
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve services based on user needs and behaviors
• Work on diverse digital and AI-driven projects across various global markets

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Design with a strong interest in human behavior and emotions
• Previous internship experience in user research or academic projects focused on experimental and observational methods
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Ability to provide a CV and a portfolio
• Strong qualities of empathy, autonomy, curiosity, and creativity
