User Operations Lending Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize lifecycle strategies to improve user activation, retention, re-borrowing, and long-term user value (LTV).
• Design and maintain user segmentation frameworks based on lifecycle stage, behavior, engagement level, and risk profile.
• Drive cross-sell and user migration strategies across Quantix lending products, including CashNow, SNPL, and Easy Cash.
• Analyze user journeys to identify operational or product friction points impacting lifecycle conversion.
• Monitor and analyze key metrics such as retention rate, re-borrowing rate, and lifecycle conversion using dashboards and cohort analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Risk, Marketing, Data, Tech, and Customer Service teams to execute growth initiatives.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in user operations, lifecycle operations, growth operations, or product operations.
• Strong analytical capability with proficiency in SQL.
• Hands-on experience in lifecycle management, retention operations, cohort analysis, and segmentation strategies.
• Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills.
• Business-oriented mindset with a high level of ownership and execution capability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the fintech, lending, consumer internet, or ecosystem-based product industries.
• Knowledge of Python is a plus.
• Understanding of lending-related user behavior and operational metrics.
