User Interface Senior Principal Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design interaction architectures and pattern libraries aligned to platform guidelines
• Lead quantitative and qualitative studies and synthesize insights for decision makers
• Advance accessibility through standards, audits, and remediation plans
• Collaborate with development teams to embed testability and telemetry in features

Requirements

• 12+ years of related experience in a professional role or equivalent experience
• Proven ownership of pattern libraries and accessibility standards for complex systems
• Strong expertise in mixed-method research and insight synthesis
• Experience driving remediation and embedding testability in software features
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple disciplines

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
