User Interface Senior Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead user research activities including interviews, workflow analysis, and usability testing to understand user goals and regulatory constraints
• Design end-to-end user experiences for AI-enabled digital solutions, translating AI outputs into actionable insights
• Create high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and visual assets using modern design tools
• Define information architecture, interaction patterns, and system behaviors for complex B2B workflows
• Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum environment alongside AI/ML engineers, software engineers, and product owners
• Conduct evaluative research to test and refine designs based on user feedback and technical constraints

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or UX/UI Designer
• Proven experience designing complex systems, enterprise tools, or B2B workflows
• Experience working on AI-enabled or data-driven products
• Proficiency in Figma or equivalent modern design tools
• Experience working in cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of user-centered design principles

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for regulatory, compliance, governance, or safety-critical domains
• Experience contributing to or working with design systems
• Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related discipline
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
