About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive overseas user growth for entertainment live streaming, focusing on new user acquisition and paying conversion.
  • Manage diversified growth channels by orchestrating performance marketing campaigns and creator partnerships to improve ROI.
  • Build and operate a global creator and KOL partnership ecosystem, including collaboration frameworks and marketing playbooks.
  • Develop performance marketing strategies and budget allocation plans based on platform traffic and user profiles.
  • Run A/B tests to optimize creatives, targeting, and bidding to stabilize CAC and improve ROI.
  • Build cross-channel attribution and data monitoring systems to track conversion funnels in real time.
  • Identify user behavioral patterns to design conversion strategies and plan live streaming operational activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above with experience in internet operations.
  • Proficiency in English as a working language for global collaboration.
  • Demonstrated experience managing user growth channels such as performance marketing or creator partnerships.
  • Strong data analysis skills with a focus on cost control and ROI ownership.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills to drive projects with product and growth teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in live streaming, social, or entertainment products.
  • Strong content sense and ability to coach creators on producing high-engagement content.
  • Track record of successful low-cost creator partnerships or breakout content on overseas social media.
  • Hands-on experience running performance marketing campaigns for social or entertainment products.
  • Familiarity with attribution methodologies and channel quality evaluation frameworks.
