User Experience Sr. Lead Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead UX research, information architecture, user journeys, and persona creation
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using specialist tools
• Partner with Product and Technology teams to brainstorm and co-create digital solutions
• Manage and contribute to approved design systems and industry best practices
• Perform detailed handovers to development teams and provide ongoing UX review support
• Ensure all designs comply with ADA/WCAG accessibility standards
• Mentor and coach junior designers to support their professional growth
• Evangelize the value of UX across the wider organization

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in user experience design
• Significant experience working on complex, enterprise-scale design projects
• Proficiency in professional design tools such as Sketch, Figma, AdobeXD, Axure, or InVision
• Proven experience creating and using design systems
• Strong HTML/CSS development skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
• At least one formal UX Qualification

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in software development or program management
• Knowledge of or interest in the banking and finance industry
• Active participation in external UX groups or professional communities
