User Experience Researcher

Responsibilities

• Identify and document key stakeholders and user personas for data sequencing initiatives
• Develop outreach strategies for new data models
• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and focus groups
• Compile findings into actionable requirements for development
• Prioritize requirements based on business goals and user needs
• Measure the impact of initiatives on user sentiment
• Create help documents, web content, and communication assets
• Document product use cases, specifications, and data structures
• Prepare product wireframes and prototypes
• Plan and implement workshops and codeathons to refine data model components

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 3+ years of UX Research experience
• 3+ years of experience conducting interviews and gathering data
• 3+ years of experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools
• Strong oral and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field
