About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end research projects, including planning, scoping, execution, analysis, and reporting to inform product strategy and design.
  • Translate complex business problems into actionable research programs that impact product direction and market strategy.
  • Lead core research activities by driving objectives, hypotheses, and methodologies both independently and through coordinated team efforts.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration by communicating research insights to designers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the UX Research community through mentoring junior researchers and sharing methodologies.
  • Apply both qualitative and quantitative methods to triangulate findings and provide a holistic view of the user experience.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Social Science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in consumer-facing business domains.
  • Proficiency in qualitative research methods (e.g., interviews, diary studies, usability testing).
  • Proficiency in quantitative research methods (e.g., survey design, statistical concepts, metrics).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence product decisions.
  • Fluency in English with excellent storytelling and communication skills.
