User Experience Quality Assurance Analyst/Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Create, find, and implement processes for manual testing
• Manage outsourced testers by assigning tasks, reviewing deliverables, and maintaining tight timelines
• Create and maintain testing acceptance criteria and scenarios for applications
• Collect testing needs from project teams and determine priorities aligned with business goals
• Track and document bugs and issues clearly for developers
• Validate features and fixes before they ship
• Maintain internal documentation for system behavior and processes
• Proactively identify quality risks and gaps

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Cognitive Science, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in QA and user-facing application testing
• Familiarity with SDLC and testing methodologies
• Experience with bug tracking and issue management tools
• Experience in writing requirements and use cases
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile development environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and able to perform under pressure
