User Experience Process Analyst

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with business partners to uncover underlying challenges and clarify user needs.
• Analyze and document workflows to visualize current processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to shape requirements that integrate process insight and user experience.
• Develop clear deliverables, including process diagrams, user themes, and operational insights.
• Evaluate opportunities for AI, automation, or agent-driven capabilities to enhance defined processes.
• Facilitate alignment discussions across cross-functional teams to bring structure to ambiguous problems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in process analysis, UX research, service design, or business analysis.
• Strong UX mindset with the ability to map processes and synthesize user insights.
• Proven communication skills with the ability to guide conversations across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience working in data-heavy environments, including exposure to data products and data-driven requirements.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and work effectively in fast-moving environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI, automation, or agent-driven workflows.
• Curiosity and openness to learning emerging technologies.
