User Experience Designer

Responsibilities

• Conduct usability testing for web applications using both in-person and remote methods
• Analyze programming solutions to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
• Develop and maintain visual and interface design standards for digital platforms
• Design technical solutions for complex IT problems and recommend process improvements
• Lead and plan IT projects, including the development of schedules, milestones, and deliverables
• Analyze user metrics, traffic, and feedback to recommend actionable success metric targets

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience
• Minimum five years of experience in user experience research and design
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Proven experience with prototyping and UX testing tools
• Experience conducting design reviews and evaluating user experience through various methods
• Strong ability to translate user feedback into actionable technical tasks
• Excellent communication and collaborative problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in project management
• Demonstrated ability to lead team discussions and manage shifting priorities
