About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead experience and visual design for multiple development teams
- Conduct user research and observe workflows to understand unique end-user needs
- Design intuitive, beautiful applications with sound information architecture
- Create various design artifacts including sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Collaborate closely with developers to implement design solutions
Requirements
- A solid portfolio demonstrating strong user experience and visual design skills
- Experience or education in user-centered design techniques
- Bachelor's degree or greater
- Ability to relocate to the Madison, WI area (reimbursement provided)
- US work authorization without visa sponsorship
- COVID-19 vaccination
