User Experience Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead experience and visual design for multiple development teams
• Conduct user research and observe workflows to understand unique end-user needs
• Design intuitive, beautiful applications with sound information architecture
• Create various design artifacts including sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Collaborate closely with developers to implement design solutions

Requirements

• A solid portfolio demonstrating strong user experience and visual design skills
• Experience or education in user-centered design techniques
• Bachelor's degree or greater
• Ability to relocate to the Madison, WI area (reimbursement provided)
• US work authorization without visa sponsorship
• COVID-19 vaccination
