User Experience Design Sr. Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global teams across China, the USA, and Europe
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure design quality and on-time delivery
• Lead and mentor team members by sharing in-depth design knowledge
• Work closely with UX experts, interaction designers, and engineers from idea to release
• Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to determine product direction
• Create UX and prototype concepts for in-car and mobile experiences
• Establish effective methods for user interface and interaction concepts

Requirements

• Expert level knowledge of user experience design
• At least 5 years of experience in product strategy, wireframing, prototyping, execution, and analytics
• Ability to translate research into user flow diagrams and prototypes
• Willingness to travel up to 20% nationally and internationally
