About the role

Responsibilities

  • Teach and facilitate in-class instruction Monday-Friday, approximately 8 hours per day
  • Prepare lessons and materials leveraging existing GA curriculum content
  • Work with co-instructors and teaching assistants to provide prompt student feedback
  • Guide students through the development of a final project for their professional portfolios
  • Facilitate a dynamic, collaborative, and positive classroom community

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working in user experience design
  • Proficiency in Figma, UX Process, User Research, Usability Testing, and Prototyping
  • Bachelor's degree or 10 years of applicable experience
  • At least 2 years of practical experience within the last five years
  • Strong decision-making abilities and computer skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Information Architecture, Interface Design, and Mobile UX
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and Analytics/Optimization
