About the role
Responsibilities
- Teach and facilitate in-class instruction Monday-Friday, approximately 8 hours per day
- Prepare lessons and materials leveraging existing GA curriculum content
- Work with co-instructors and teaching assistants to provide prompt student feedback
- Guide students through the development of a final project for their professional portfolios
- Facilitate a dynamic, collaborative, and positive classroom community
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working in user experience design
- Proficiency in Figma, UX Process, User Research, Usability Testing, and Prototyping
- Bachelor's degree or 10 years of applicable experience
- At least 2 years of practical experience within the last five years
- Strong decision-making abilities and computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Information Architecture, Interface Design, and Mobile UX
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and Analytics/Optimization
