User Acquisition Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overarching marketing and user acquisition strategy aligned with growth targets
• Lead and mentor teams responsible for paid media, influencer marketing, and growth initiatives
• Take full ownership of all marketing channels including Google Ads, Meta, and emerging platforms
• Spearhead the launch of new marketing projects from inception to completion
• Collaborate with the CEO and VP of People to translate marketing efforts into business outcomes

Requirements

• Proven track record in a senior marketing leadership role scaling multi-channel user acquisition
• Exceptional ability to build marketing strategies and leverage data analytics
• Experience managing day-to-day operations, budgets, and long-term strategic goals
• Strong leadership skills in mentoring teams and implementing scalable processes
• Deep understanding of the mobile ad-tech and gaming ecosystem
