User Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Participate in BoomBit LAB’s two-week User Acquisition development programme
• Learn how performance marketing campaigns are planned, analyzed, and optimized
• Support the UA team with practical analytical and operational tasks
• Work with campaign data, budgets, and reporting tools
• Collaborate with creative and product teams in a mobile games environment

Requirements

• Student or graduate in computer science, economics, marketing, data analytics, or a related field
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong analytical thinking and eagerness to learn
• English at B2 level or higher
• Availability for full-time training in Gdańsk
• Willingness to work on-site during the programme

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in performance marketing, mobile games, or growth analytics
• Motivation to build a career in user acquisition or digital marketing
• Readiness for intensive learning and a mandatory exam at the end of the programme
