About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage substantial UA budgets across channels like TikTok, Google, and Meta
- Analyze creative performance and provide actionable feedback to content teams
- Define the regional growth roadmap and align paid acquisition with local activations
- Drive local market insights by monitoring competitors and cultural trends
- Scale repeatable growth levers across multiple markets within the region
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in user acquisition for mobile apps
- Advanced analytical skills (cohort analysis, retention, funnel conversion)
- Proven ability to manage and optimize high UA budgets
- Experience working cross-functionally with product and creative teams
- Ability to adapt growth strategies across diverse regional markets
- Professional fluency in English
- Willingness to work onsite in Paris
