User Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities

• Launch, optimize, and scale paid campaigns in Meta and TikTok Ads
• Manage advertising budgets to achieve volume and ROMI targets
• Generate hypotheses and test creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
• Make data-driven decisions using AppsFlyer, Amplitude, and Tableau
• Design new funnels and launch product experiments with the Product team
• Improve conversion rates (CRO)
• Synchronize with Creative Marketing by briefing new concepts and providing data-backed insights
• Research competitors, market trends, and test new traffic channels

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in User Acquisition
• Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads (setup, optimization, scaling)
• Strong understanding of UA metrics: CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, CTR
• Experience with AppsFlyer, Amplitude, and Tableau
• Understanding of creative elements (hook, format, narrative)
• English level B2+

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TikTok Ads, Google Ads, or web-to-app/web-to-web funnels
• Background in Self-dev, EdTech, Health, or Lifestyle apps
