User Acquisition Manager

Legit is a media company within the Genesis business group with a 13-year history. Our new ambitious product, Shift, is an online career development platform helping thousands of people in the USA and worldwide find their calling and career paths.

Responsibilities

• Scale into the US market by launching and optimizing ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok
• Execute growth-hacking strategies through testing marketing hypotheses and UA funnels
• Formulate quarterly and yearly UA and monetization strategies and provide forecasts to C-level
• Perform deep analytics including cohort tracking and advanced LTV modeling
• Maintain target KPIs such as CPA and ROAS during aggressive budget scaling
• Collaborate with Creative and Product teams and mentor junior specialists

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing
• Proficiency with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or PostHog
• Professional experience with Excel and Google Sheets
• Data-driven approach with ability to work with Big Data and build forecasts
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher
• Strong leadership, initiative, and ownership mentality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in automating UA processes
• Understanding of the JobTech market and US advertising platform algorithms
