Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies across Apple Search Ads, social media, and mobile ad networks
• Take full ownership of SKAdNetwork (SKAN) strategy and conversion value schemas
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize bidding, targeting, and creative assets (CPI, ROAS, LTV)
• Conduct ongoing App Store Optimization (ASO) including keyword research and A/B testing
• Analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights and performance reports
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams for SDK implementation and campaign alignment
• Stay updated on iOS ecosystem trends, mobile marketing, and privacy regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in mobile User Acquisition or App Marketing
• Proven experience managing campaigns on Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other networks
• Deep expertise with SKAdNetwork (SKAN) and conversion value schema management
• Strong understanding of mobile marketing KPIs (CPI, ROAS, LTV)
• Experience with App Store Optimization (ASO) techniques and tools
• Proficiency with mobile measurement partners (MMPs) and analytics platforms
