User Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies to drive app installs and engagement
• Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel acquisition campaigns across platforms like Google and Meta
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using metrics such as CPI, CPA, LTV, and ROAS
• Allocate and manage acquisition budgets to maximize ROI
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams to align efforts with company goals
• Prepare detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations
• Explore and test new acquisition channels, tactics, and technologies
• Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize creative, messaging, and targeting

Requirements

• Proven experience in user acquisition for mobile apps
• Expertise in digital marketing channels including Google Ads and Facebook
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Admob
• Knowledge of app analytics and tracking tools like Appsflyer or Adjust is a plus
