Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and retain top sales talent
• Set measurable performance standards
• Develop strategies for acquiring, managing and moving appropriate inventory
• Maintain strong relationships with fixed operations and reconditioning departments
• Establish goals and lead department to consistently surpass targets
• Empower employees to achieve maximum performance
• Attend sales manager meetings

Requirements

• At least two years of automotive retail sales experience
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history
