Use-Case Specialist – Operational Digital Twin

Responsibilities

• Support the Product Manager in identifying, defining, and prioritising high-value use cases for the Operational Digital Twin
• Plan and facilitate discovery workshops and interviews with client stakeholders to capture user needs and pain points
• Develop structured use case descriptions, including objectives, user journeys, data requirements, and KPIs
• Coordinate with Business Process Analysts, domain SMEs, and technical teams to ensure use cases are operationally feasible
• Support the setup and execution of Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and track validation results
• Prepare use-case documentation, presentations, and value-realisation materials for stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, business, urban planning, information systems, or a related discipline
• Experience supporting the delivery of digital, platform, Digital Twin, or geospatial solutions
• Knowledge of techniques for structuring use cases, user journeys, and value drivers
• Understanding of enterprise and operational systems such as EAM/CMMS, ERP, BIM, SCADA/IoT, or GIS platforms
• Strong analytical, organisational, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary, multinational teams
• Fluency in spoken and written English

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with national infrastructure owners, transport authorities, or utilities
• Exposure to smart city or data-driven transformation programmes
• Familiarity with geospatial platforms such as Esri ArcGIS
• Experience with value mapping, benefits case development, or KPI definition
• Professional certifications in product management or business analysis
• Arabic language skills
