USA EDD Support Lead

Responsibilities

• Gather and document EDD requirements for development teams
• Support and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for EDDs prior to release
• Collaborate with technical contacts and clients to ensure all EDD requirements are accurately met
• Provide support for EDDs across various LIMS systems used in the USA
• Identify and escalate EDD-related issues, translating them into clear, actionable tasks
• Maintain clear, timely, and effective communication with all stakeholders
• Populate and maintain CRM mappings as required

Requirements

• ERPIMS Certification required
• Completion of FUDSChem Training
• Strong knowledge of USA environmental reporting standards and regulations
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with LIMS systems
• Experience with EDD workflows
