US Spirits VMI Planner

Responsibilities

• Optimize finished goods inventory across assigned distributors to deliver best-in-class service levels
• Build and implement VMI plans that generate accurate orders and inform supply forecasts
• Identify and resolve risks to prevent out-of-stocks, delays, and disruptions
• Partner with Sales, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Logistics, and Finance to balance priorities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for distributor planning teams to build trust and drive accountability
• Translate data into clear replenishment actions to improve service and reduce excess inventory
• Lead regular business reviews with distributors to improve performance and strengthen partnerships
• Monitor distributor inventory, shipments, and service metrics to resolve gaps against targets

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in supply planning, VMI, customer operations, or related roles
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable decisions
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with planning systems is a plus
• Solid understanding of inventory management and logistics concepts
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence outcomes
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
