US Quotations Manager, Critical Power

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Application Engineers responsible for technical quotations and pre-sales support
• Manage workload balancing, resource planning, and prioritization across strategic opportunities
• Oversee the preparation of accurate, competitive, and commercially sound quotations for standard and engineered solutions
• Review quote profitability, gross margin, and commercial risk prior to submission
• Analyze quote-level P&L performance, pricing strategies, and margin leakage trends
• Partner with Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain to optimize profitability and align quoting with operational capacity
• Evaluate and streamline quoting workflows, templates, and governance processes to reduce cycle times
• Provide leadership with reporting on quote conversion, margin attainment, and revenue pipeline quality

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline
• Proven leadership experience managing technical quoting, applications engineering, or sales operations teams
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, pricing strategy, gross margin, and P&L analysis
• Advanced proficiency in CRM, ERP, and CPQ tools
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and senior commercial leaders
• Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and cross-functional execution
