About the role

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, research, and resolve payroll cases logged into the case management system.
  • Manage end-to-end payroll inquiries, ensuring professional and efficient communication with customers.
  • Process employee terminations through the HCM system, including calculating final pay, vacation, and severance.
  • Calculate complex payments such as retro pay, missing pay, penalties, overpayments, and severance according to federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to provide updates and answer policy-related questions.
  • Interpret and explain company policies, guidelines, and the impact of mergers or acquisitions on benefits.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in US payroll, HR service delivery, or payroll transitions.
  • University degree (Graduate).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work a Mid-Day (EMEA) shift.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience with final pay and offboarding payroll processes.
  • Hands-on exposure to HRMS systems, specifically HCM experience.
