About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead AR services for customer-facing accountabilities including cash flow, payment disputes, and unpaid invoice collections.
  • Ensure all baseline and project goals for DCSO, aging currency, accuracy, and timeliness are met.
  • Monitor and report the status of customer accounts and results against defined KPIs and objectives.
  • Make decisions regarding complex issues and collaborate to determine sustainable solutions that reduce customer issues.
  • Maximize overall A/R business processes by automating tasks and reducing rework.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams in Billing Exceptions, Cash, and Credit to perform accountabilities accurately.
  • Drive continuous improvement for customer profiles, including payment habits and receiving procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a similar field.
  • Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Financial, and Controllership areas.
  • Expertise in managing adjustments, research, collections, and customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of DB2 queries, SAP, and reporting tools to analyze data.
  • Advanced English fluency is required.
