US OPEX Financial, Controllership, Reporting & Analytics Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the US and Puerto Rico planning and forecasting processes, including annual plans, monthly forecasts, and long-term plans for Overheads and Headcount.
• Partner with US Commercial teams, HQ Budget Holders, and Finance Directors to develop robust financial models and performance indicators.
• Collaborate with the Puerto Rico Finance Manager to support the preparation and submission of monthly and annual financial plans.
• Conduct regular monthly meetings with Budget Holders to review financial performance, headcount, and assess risks and opportunities.
• Analyze actual results against forecasts to identify variances and trigger necessary corrective actions.
• Coordinate and track detailed overhead components across the US business, including bonus accruals, travel, and discretionary expenses.
• Prepare insightful management reports and financial commentary to support executive leadership decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and implement fit-for-purpose reporting solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, financial controlling, or analysis.
• Proven experience in a multinational company or FMCG environment.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with SAP.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Excel or Power BI certification for dashboard creation.
• Experience using Workday, ServiceNow, or other HR systems.
• Knowledge of BISON reporting tools.
