- Schedule interviews and conduct thorough phone screenings to explain job roles
- Perform reference checks and coordinate background verification processes
- Compose offer letters and negotiate compensation packages with selected candidates
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within agency or corporate environments
- Proven experience hiring W2, 1099, and C2C candidates
- Strong knowledge of US labor laws and visa regulations
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience establishing corporate recruiting strategies and processes
- Ability to work US business hours
