US IT Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing technical candidates
• Collaborate with managers to define job requirements and draft job descriptions
• Build and maintain a robust candidate database for future hiring needs
• Post job openings across various job boards, social media, and corporate websites
• Schedule interviews and conduct thorough phone screenings to explain job roles
• Perform reference checks and coordinate background verification processes
• Compose offer letters and negotiate compensation packages with selected candidates

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within agency or corporate environments
• Proven experience hiring W2, 1099, and C2C candidates
• Strong knowledge of US labor laws and visa regulations
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Experience establishing corporate recruiting strategies and processes
• Ability to work US business hours
