About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide inbound and outbound technical support for US-based customers
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, and email
- Resolve hardware and software issues for Mac, iPhone, and iPad
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate resolutions
- Manage and close calls effectively
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support within an International BPO
- Proven experience troubleshooting computer, printer, broadband, and mobile device issues
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to work night shifts (US shifts)
- Strong convincing and sales skills
- Immediate availability preferred
