Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified healthcare professionals
• Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit
• Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates to provide a positive experience
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in human resources, business, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the healthcare sector
• Proven ability to source, screen, and select candidates effectively
• Strong understanding of healthcare roles and requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
